Kruse CEM-BATCH:  This is the perfect solution for the Cement Batching plant. Our proven batching controls have been developed with in-house standards following years of custom batch system installations. KruseCEM-BATCH uses recipe and database technology for selecting the batch ingredients and setup. This allows for error free, secure batch ingredient selections and repeatability for every batch. The control system utilizes the latest off-the-shelf PLC and graphical software.

KruseLPD (line plug detection) system uses the latest technology in dredging to sense and respond to potential line plugs. The system monitors the discharge line flow velocity with a developed algorithm that detects line plugging. Upon detection, the system will alarm the dredge Operator and automatically raise the ladder and pause swinging to elude the overload condition. Once the potential plug is cleared, the ladder automatically descends the cutter to its original depth and location and swinging continues.
